perfect day would be on the beach with my fiancé John, we'd drive out the little campervan down to one
of my favourite beaches in Cornwall
of north Wales, go for a surf in the sea first thing then come back and
make breakfast outside, then spend the
day dipping in and out
of water and soaking up the sun and going for long coastal walks.

It was the first snowfall
of the winter here in DC yesterday which means it was a
perfect day to stay inside and
make a pot
of soup.
With winter well on it's way out
of here and Spring coming into full bloom, this smoothie
makes the
perfect lightened up breakfast, snack, or treat to enjoy in the
day.
I did freeze a couple
of the cupcakes (without frosting) and they thawed
perfect were just as good as the
day I
made them!!
