After reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle for the fifth time and then reading A Homemade Life, I knew — right then — that I had to
make some slow roasted tomatoes to put in the freezer for when we're aching for them in December and January.

So until I have that amount from the garden, which — believe me — is coming soon, I'll be
