Update: Cassie asked me if the frosting could be
made without
powdered sugar.
It is
made with chocolate, peanut butter, Chex Mix, and
powdered sugar.
The gingersnaps are finely ground and then mixed with oil, water, and
powdered sugar to
make the base.

powdered sugar because I couldn't
make that frosting fast enough.
As soon as fall comes around, I start stocking up on fresh baking
powder, baking soda,
sugar, flour, and vanilla in preparation for all the baked goodies that I will be
making in the coming weeks and months... basically until June comes back around and it's too hot to turn the oven on.
Make the icing by combining shortening with
