The only change I would
make next time is to skip the
veggie broth (my version reflects this) as the chicken thighs produce plenty of
juices for the dish while they cook.

made the recipe as given, but next time I might do the suggestion of adding more bechamel since
veggie sausages don't provide any of their own
juices and are sometimes kinda dry.

I do have a question about the boxes, though — does the sectioned lid fit well enough that something runny —
juice from the fruit, applesauce, yogurt, or a

What are your thoughts on which is more nutritious:
Veggie juice made in a masticating juicer or
made in a vitamix?
They both like any kind of
juice with carrots in it, so I'd probably
make some type of a
veggie blend featuring carrots.
I would recommend getting a juicer and that way you can
make your own
juice, because fresh, raw
veggie and fruit
juices are, hands - down, THE most potent and healthy detoxifying things you can consume.
I'm new to
juicing, except that I DO use a Nutri - Bullet to mix coconut milk with protein powder, green
veggie powder, and I add apples, spinach and frozen berries to
make shakes.
Secondly, I always thought about
juice cleanses or
juice detoxes as being something that focused on a lot of fruit, or at least enough to
make the
juice taste good (cause
veggie juices don't taste that great).
