My point is, you didn't
make the deal BECAUSE you sent a
yellow / hand written
letter.
All these
yellow letters and written
letters is a rumor started by these companies that
make money off of them.
it is very hard with every 1k out the door on mailing lists,
letters, postcards, but this forum gives me a ray of hope that I will become a successful wholesaler sooner rather than later (but I will
make it because it has become an obcession for me and I will succeed or die... or my wife will kill me because I spent all our savings on
yellow letters..

yellow letter copy I've seen attempts to
make the sender appear less sophisticated than a savvy real estate investor.
It's time to stop drooling over all of these people that stand up at events and give
yellow letters all of the credit for
making them so successful in attracting motivated sellers and closing high profit transactions.
This is traditionally when an investor would write a
letter on a
yellow legal pad to the seller letting the seller know that they're interested in
making a cash offer on the property in «as - is» condition.
If you've had minimal results, it probably
makes sense simultaneously try a different method such as
yellow letters.
Do those
yellow letters make much of a difference?
