Being that I had so much zucchini from my CSA farm share, I decided to try
making zucchini pasta, instead of spaghetti squash.
i had never heard of the spiralizer and had to buy it because your salad was so pretty now i'm completely addicted to it and
making zucchini pasta too!!!
One of my favorite ways to prepare squash is to
make zucchini pasta with different sauces.
Usually
I make zucchini pasta, which he tolerates.
He would also make me amazing meals from scratch using nothing processed at all — he even
made zucchini pasta one day!
All you need to
make zucchini pasta is a handy spiralizer which you can buy online or find in your local kitchen supply store.
You can
make zucchini pasta noodles using a Vegetti spiralizer that can be purchased online or found at your local home accessories store, for under $ 20.
Not exact matches
I
made the lasagna with
zucchini rather than
pasta (mistake) because I had like five in the fridge.
Take that farm fresh
zucchini and
make noodles, aka zoodles, with a spiralizer or vegetable peeler and combine with
pasta of similar shape.
I
made a triple batch of the pesto expecting a crowd of 25 - 30 but used vegetable
pasta instead of
zucchini noodles.
If you're craving
pasta but don't want to go over your carb limit, try
making spiralized
zucchini noodles («zoodles») or shirataki noodles instead.

So today I thought we'd start with a simple tutorial to show you just how easy it is to spiralize
zucchini and
make delicious
zucchini pasta!
To
make these cool
zucchini pasta spirals, you need a tool called a spiralizer.
My favorite of the dishes that I
made was raw
zucchini pasta mixed with toasted almond herbed pesto.
Serve warm with marinara and
pasta or
zucchini noodles or even
make a meatball sub in a roll with vegan cheese.

make it even lower calorie I
make pasta out of
zucchini using a julienne peeler.
Since Paleo «
pasta» tends to be

zucchini, I'm fairly pleased to have something that more closely resembles the real thing.
