Maybe the current Real Madrid
manager has been a
bit too busy in recent years to keep tabs on what is going on with English football, because all of the 11 players in the team are
no longer playing in the Premier League and most of them have hung up their boots completely.
My assumptions are: The Board were looking for a suitable replacement, Either to gradually take the reins from Wenger within two years or to completely replace him at the end of the season, that's if he (Wenger) didn't agree to their terms and Maybe that's why Wenger was delaying the signing of that contract because he didn't want to work with a new assistant
manager next season, we now
know that the present one is jetting off to manage a club in Turkey at the end of this campaign and after working with Wenger for 19 odd years, this does sound a
bit strange, right??

I
know this is a forum for all things AFC but seeing as the club is in sh # t street due to a board not giving a $ uck and a
manager that just won't bloody up and do the honourable thing the idea of a formation sorting out our massive issues at the club seems a little
bit insignificant.

Gattuso is
known for being a
bit of a character and it is quotes like this that make him one of the most entertaining
managers in the game at the moment.
Granite Xhaka saved us last night, i'm not a great fan of Xhaka but i thought the game changed as soon as he come on, on Wilshere i have been his biggest supporter but last night he let me down badly, he made no space for himself he was just out for the fresh air, i thought Sead had a lousy game to even do he scored, it was a sad night for Arsenal supporters and football to watch that, there were plenty of alarms raised when we played Ostersunds FK in the first leg in the second half, AW should of
known better to prepare his team and should get off his ass and shout a
bit from the side line like all passionate
managers do when they send a message to their players

manager who only
knows one style of football and never tries to change it a

No I've been saying for a long time that this will be wenger last contract and even if he wins cl or prem he will still leave no matter what, I am excited about wen we get a new manager and move forward from wenger but it wouldn't bother me one bit if he sees he's contract out or if a new manager comes at the end of the season I'm just happy we as a club are financialy in a very good position and the future is bright for us goone

No Arsenal supporter WANTS to finish fourth and to argue otherwise is simply another lie that the AOBs / AAAs deploy on a regular basis, myth masquerading as fact — we are a fan - base divided by those who imagine they have all the answers (and if it was really that simple ie: get new owners, spend big, simply pick up the phone and buy any player we want and hire the fad
manager of the moment — then every team would be winning the PL and UCL every year and we
know that can't happen don't we) and those who think it is a
bit more complicated than that.
Good news on both players if it's true, both are important to the club as it stands but who
knows what will happen over the next five years, a new
manager might come in and sell them both and get better replacements or the bank of England might decide to buy the club so who might still be playing in the first team is a
bit of a silly question, even more so with Arsenal's injury record.
Although we
know that the EFL cup is not very high on the Arsenal
manager's list of priorities and he does the same thing with rotasting the squad every season, it was still a
bit disappointing to see Arsene Wenger make 10 changes to the team for this quarter - final against Southampton.
Picture this, we don't come out of the gate firing on all cylinders, Wenger speaks of how there wasn't enough time for the first - teamers to build chemistry, several key players aren't even playing because of Wenger's utterly ridiculous policy regarding players who played in the Confed Cup or the under21s and the boo - birds have returned in full flight... if these things were to happen, which is quite possible considering the Groundhog Day mentality of this club, how long do you think it will take for Wenger to recant his earlier statements regarding Europa... I would suggest that it's these sorts of comments from Wenger which are often his undoing... why would any
manager worth his weight in salt make such a definitive statement before the season has even started... why would any
manager who fashions himself an educated man make such pronouncements before even
knowing what his starting 11 will be come Friday, let alone on September 1st... why would any
manager who has a tenuous relationship with a great many supporters offer up such a potentially contentious talking point considering how many times his own words have come back to
bite him in the ass... I think he does this because he doesn't care what you or I think, in fact he's more than slightly infuriated by the very idea of having to answer to the likes of you and me... that might have been acceptable during his formative years in charge, when the fans were rewarded with an scintillating brand of football and success felt like a forgone conclusion, but this new Wenger led team barely resembles that team of ore... whereas in times past we relished a few words from our seemingly cerebral
manager, in recent times those words have been replaced by a myriad of excuses, a plethora of infuriating stories about who he could have signed but didn't and what can only be construed as outright fabrications... it's kind of funny that when we want some answers, like during the whole contract debacle of last season, we can't get an intelligent word out of him, but when we just what him to show his managerial acumen through his actions, we can't seem to get him to shut - up... I beg you to prove me wrong Arsene
because he
knows any new ambitious
manager will not tolerate his
biting of tongue whenever he misses a sitter and he would have been long gone by now
But if the new
manager spends a
bit more care freely than Wenger (I mean c» mon we have been stingy compared to the United's, Chelseas and City's) then we
know for a fact that is was indeed Wenger being tight fisted / stubborn etc..
The former Manchester United and Netherlands defender Jaap Stam is the
manager of Reading and although Arsenal should be feeling confident ahead of this match at home to lower league opposition, I reckon that Stam will be feeling a
bit more confident
knowing which players his Reading team will be coming up against.
This is a decent article, yet the negatives from fans are still there, I would love to see arsenal like I did at the end of the 90's and at the beggining of the 2nd millennium but it doesn't mean in order to do so I would buy all the best players in world, I would get a rich owner to put his filthy money in, change the
manager every 2 years to do so, there's so much wrong in football nowadays that yes it's still a sport but there's more focus on the filthy amounts of money being spent on clubs and players that I think attracts more attention than the game itself, now that is wrong and it's very wrong, even our owner though not like the arabs or Russians, yet the yank is clueless about the tradition of our game, it's just sad, so the fact that Wenger has remained for this long through all these changes that have occurred whilst the money game has elvolved, it makes me happy that arsenal do not spend stupid amounts of money on players, we don't try and buy the league, hell we even tight with wages and transfer fees, I'm glad it's like that, though our season ticket is a rip off I still don't mind it because at least we are not like the other supreme teams, there's a
bit of tradition left at our club, yet you go to man shitty or Chelski, there is no tradition, it's all about buying ur way all the way to the top, on the other hand spuds don't
know what to make of them besides how the heck have they finished above us?

We went to a store in laurel a few hours after my mother calling into that store and for the lady that she talked to to hold a particular car, we get there and it had been sold not very long before hand, this lady then was seriously snotty and sarcastic, so I walk outside and pace a
bit to cool off, when I come back in she is all pissy and trying to sell us something else and saying that she wasn't supposed to, willing to or did mother ask her to hold a car, and that when it gets busy etc...., so we leave and go to leave, I get pissed and we turn around, come back into that store, I walk up to talk to a
manager, she comes over, over talks me, tells only her side of the «truth», I try to talk to the
manager and tell him what we were after, he tries to sell me a 2010, I try to tell him that it was too new, he tells me to hold on that it will be ok, so I try to tell him that we were after X and that the lady from earlier in this post did x y and z and that I find / found her to be dippy, he gets uppity and pissy, tells me that I can't talk to a woman like that, I tell him that yes I can» equality» you
