So, that's why I came up with this little
gem of a recipe, this Paleo Cacao Nib Pesto is perfect drizzled over roasted sweet potatoes, white fish and even when baked with chicken!

This was one
of those
recipes were I wasn't sure if they'd turn out like little
gems from the heavens or little hockey pucks from hell.
I was just doing a search for «delicious cherry tomato
recipes» because the tomato gods have seen fit to grant me with a MONSTROUS amount
of these
gem - like, gorgeous bright orange cherry tomatoes.
I tend to be a little sceptical about oil - free baking as I've had some chewy, tasteless oil - free muffins and cookies in my time... but these chocolate - y little
gems were moist and perfectly flavourful (See bottom
of this post for the
recipe!).
I would have felt a bit guilty, posting that
recipe for pumpkin gingerbread that called for only half
of a can
of pumpkin, but I had this
gem of a quick and comforting baked pasta dish that uses the remainder up my sleeve.
Funny thing, I printed this
recipe off
of my local NPR site a while back, I've given it out to «baking friends» that want to try something new all inspite
of me never having made it, I remember reading the ingredients and thinking it will be a winner... Thank you, thank you, thank you for continuing to share your
gems with us!
Given that I first created the
