After going on this version
of the Keto diet my typical Lipid #'s have improved slightly (230 to 220 cholesterol) but my Triglycerides have SOARED from 75 - 100 to 290.
I went on a «version»
of the Keto diet — per day goals: 35 net carbs / 85 -95 grams protein / 35 -40 grams fat.
I make variations
of this keto porridge at least once a week, sometimes with turmeric or vanilla instead of cinnamon.
Sure there are lots
of keto friendly options that don't use any kind of bread — for example my cauliflower sausage and walnut stuffing is delicious and goes great with any roasted bird — especially my Easy Sage Roasted Turkey!
Since then, I have been using your version
of the keto diet.
As a matter of fact, it is used in a lot
of Keto recipes!
My brain doesn't fog, and I have plenty of energy by doing things this way, and it seems my body is happy and adjusts in and out
of keto pretty easily as well.
With cream, butter, and cheddar cheese, the sauce features all sorts
of keto heavyweights to guarantee a stick - to - your - ribs kinda meal.
I am now entering week 8
of my keto experiment, and unfortunately, I still can't say that it's working all that good for me.
Instead of sugary condiments, the sauce here relies on bone broth, coconut aminos, and sunflower seed butter for a meal filled with all sorts
