Lately, though, I've discovered a love for the simple, humble
vegetarian pasta
dish, and I find myself serving it more frequently to my enthusiastic eaters who don't seem to mind the absence
of any meat (well, maybe they do, but they keep quiet about the fact).
Actually now that I think this
dish is closer to the Greek moussaka than lasagne, though with Italian cheese... Whatever the origins, it's one
of those rare
vegetarian dishes I'm bookmarking to prepare soon!

i just finished the book «julie & julia» and was sad the whole time that i wouldn't be able to eat many
of the
dishes if i made them being a
vegetarian... but
of course, you come up with an amazing
vegetarian version!
