One of the best parts about this porridge (as is the case with many
other recipes in this book) is that the base recipe is versatile.

As far as
the other recipes in the book, they're as pleasing to the ears and eyes as they presumably are to the palate... meaning the recipe titles and photos alone are enough to make you hungry.
I splurged on a bottle of pre-made za'atar blend for this humble vegan green split pea soup; but it can be reused for countless
other recipes in the book.

Some other recipes in her book that I have my eye on are Black Rice with Roasted Mushroom Bowl (w / avocado and salsa verde), Chocolate Coconut Granola (because I sometimes do still crave chocolate!)

recipe you'll ever need.
If you're going to start out with just two things then I'd buy a processor and a blender, as using these two you can make almost anything and both are really important for healthy living as one or the
other is used
in almost every healthy
recipe, both on my blog and every
other blog or
book.
I really wanted something chocolatey so I dusted these
in cacao powder to resemble chocolate truffles Really grateful for your
book as the ingredients are simple and can be utilised for a lot of the
other recipes, hence no food waste or having to buy a bag of something just for a teaspoon.

I looked at your first
book in my favourite bookstore often but I have to admit I didn't buy it (yet), but copied a lot of
recipes from it (trying not to get caught by the salesgirl)... I like everything from the oven, and I like swiss breads and
other things from the oven and I like ice cream and israeli meals.
She also included photos from 6
other recipes from the
book that she's dying to try, and was so kind and generous
in helping to showcase everything Small Bites has to offer.
Thanks for highlighting this

book, I might have overlooked it.
I already have (and live by) your
other books, but the bonus videos /
recipes just show that you are once again, filling a void
in an area where GF people have not been able to enjoy common foods.

recipe books I've read, this one really focuses on just smoothies, which means that the
book is a lot more versatile
in what kind of health benefits it offers.

Other amazing things included
in the
book are tips on how to make the
recipes for children
in easier ways that kids like to or prefer to eat their food.
Most of the
recipes on here are creations of our own that have been influenced by non-vegan dishes, cooking shows, cook
books, products that we have seen
in stores, cafe's that we have visited,
other bloggers, and / or vegan chef courses that I have been a part of
in the past few years.
The
book is written
in an honest and down - to - earth voice, with stories and
recipes based on Bea's French background and
other places she has lived or traveled to such as Denmark, New Zealand and Boston.
It is
in the
book (along with tons of dairy - free living info and many
other awesome
recipes, if I do say so myself), which can be ordered on Amazon for an insanely good price... but enough with the sales pitches... I am more than happy to share -LSB-...]
For many years I made a
recipe in that
book, later realizing it was called S'Mores by
other people.
I felt
in love with the zucchini and ricotta bread, was expecting for it
in the
book, but although not present, I was
in an awe with the amazing
other recipes there.
This beet and vinaigrette assembly is inspired by two
recipes in the
book, one being a beet and avocado salad and the
other being the actual vinaigrette.
I know the brioche and sticky bun
recipes are fabulous, and I love the idea of baking my way through the
book in order to try all the
other recipes.
Aside from discovering a great
recipe like this
in Rick's
book, one of the
other things I really appreciate is the way he always provides alternate suggestions for
recipes.

Although it's one of the first
recipes that caught my eye
in her
book, there are many
others like a white bean risotto, a vibrant green broth - y tofu noodle soup and some baked beans that I'd also like to make — oh, and the Earl grey tiramisu sounds pretty great too!

recipe for Oatmeal Bread
in the new
book, I don't recall any
recipes that call for gluten free oats.
There are actually a ton of yeast - free breads and
other recipes (like cinnamon buns)
in that
book.
I laughed out loud when I saw your Granola
recipe in the new
book - it's basically what happened when I adapted your
other recipe to the ingredients I already had.
There were four
recipe contenders
in the cucumber section of the
book I'm going to reference, and if the
other three are as good as this, it's going to be a very cu - centric summer.
