Perhaps you've wondered why some people feel compelled to constantly share
pictures of their meals?
I didn't take many
pictures of my meals made at home as they were pretty boring, but this pizza with my homemade cashew cheeze and mushrooms with a balsamic drizzle was really nice.
Sooo, if you saw
a picture of a meal on Instagram, and it never showed up on the blog, or you asked me for the recipe and I was awkward or cagey about it....
When I first looked at
the picture of this meal I wasn't very impressed.
It's an interesting conundrum: either using one's imagination to conjure up a dish, or finding a gorgeous
picture of a meal and wanting to recreate it.
All month long No Kid Hungry asks you to share
pictures of your meal at any one of their 90 participating restaurants; don't forget to use the hashtag # 90Meals.
My only problem with this book (and I am probably being picky) is that there is not
a picture of the meal you are cooking for each recipe.

meal components.

of the restaurants were accommodating and while I didn't take
pictures of all my
meals due to bad lighting, I tried to take as many as I could!
