a maple walnut butter that might change your mind about walnuts.

METHOD Make your
maple walnuts: IN a medium skillet over medium low heat, melt the
butter.
I quickly candied the
walnuts in a skillet with a touch of
butter and
maple syrup.
The ingredients: ricotta cheese,
maple sugar candy, local caramels, and
maple walnut peanut
butter!
In a hot skillet comes a delicious slice of white chocolate and
walnut cake — it's similar to a brownie in texture topped with a scoop of ice cream and warm
maple butter sauce bubbling as it hits the pan.
