Place the steak on the hot grill and spoon some of the reserved
marinade over the steak.
Pour
marinade over steak, and coat both sides.
Pour
marinade over steak and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours and up to 2 days.
Pour
marinade over steak, toss to coat, then let rest at room temperature at least 1 hour.
Salt and pepper the steak and place in a shallow dish, then pour
the marinade over the steak.

Start by whisking together a quick
marinade (mine is Japanese inspired, with soy sauce, teriyaki, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger and garlic) and pour it
over the tuna
steaks.
I use my hand juicer almost daily for squeezing a lemon into my sparkling water, an orange into the

Place the
steak in a glass dish and pour the
marinade over.

marinade over the meat, and marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Grease a large baking dish with 2 tablespoons of oil, place the fish
