One afternoon in the late 1980s, a young
marine biologist named Drew Harvell unearthed dozens of
sea slugs in an upstate New York warehouse.
Other issues include straddling stocks (relevant in the Belize / Honduras / Guatemala area), harvesting of
marine resources such as
sea slugs / cucumbers (which was certainly never thought of 1948), protection of mangroves, seagrass and other
marine habitat, etc..
Some of the
marine life seen during the dive included: Banded
Sea Snake, Day Octopus, Hawksbill Turtle and smaller creatures, like the Bargibanti Pygmy Seahorse, nudibranchs, five different kinds of flatworms, headshield
slug, Hairy Shrimp and even a nocturnal Epaulette Shark.

marine mollusk known as a nudibranch, also familiarly called a
sea slug.
