Mash Pot.
In a large bowl,
mash avocados.
In a small mixing bowl

avocado, tomato, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper; serve with the flaxseed crackers.
My favorite is to do un-sushi for when I'm feeling lazy or sluggish and / or don't want the rice: I finely chop a bunch of raw veggies, add some ginger, lemon, soy sauce, or other spices,
