First off who doesn't love
those mason jars and it's perfect for valentine's day coming up and not only the color of the shake but the raspberries and sprinkles add so much cuteness to the shake... looks so good and I can't wait to try it out, but I love putting protein powders in my other foods like my pancakes or muffins, kinda makes them more filling and a little more tasteful in a way.
Not to mention, if you are anything like me, who has not canned a single thing this year, you have a ton of little
mason jars that you could repurpose into quaint little dessert dishes!

I started doing overnight oats in
mason jars but this looks a lot easier.
If you don't like tomato seeds in your sauce (or you have picky kids), consider straining the seeds out before pouring the finished sauce into
mason jars... or better yet... cut each tomato in 1/2 and scoop the seeds out with your thumb after step 2 above.

I would highly recommend making a somewhat big batch, the portions below resulted into just a little over two 1L

It will stay fresh for 3 or 4 days in the fridge, but I like to freeze mine in ice cube trays and
mason jars of various sizes to keep it super fresh.
I use
mason jars alot in my kitchen, with the BPA - free plastic storage lids, rather than the typical 2 - piece canning lids which do contain BPA.

As far as broth, I put it in
mason jars and freeze them (no pressure cooking).
