Quick question, you say that the optimal rep range to

program you say you should work to fatigue every excerise but i can do alot more than 8 reps. Should i try really slowing down every excerise or do something different ive been traning for years now at the gym but hit a plateu and was wondering if your excercise techniques would push me past it.
