I work at a fabric store where only men buy vinyl for their car seats so to see
this material as a skirt is very interesting!
It's a skater skirt with box pleats and comes in the same neoprene - type
material as this skirt I reviewed a couple months ago.
Not exact matches

material into a cute knot right at the waist to create a clean silhouette.
I love this
skirt so much and I love how the
material twirls around my legs
as I walk.
With the plaid
material, I then cut one piece which included the
material for the waist band, and wider at the bottom of the
material to give it some body and flow
as with the rest of the
skirt.
Although I might wear a maxi
skirt with flat sandals in the summer, the
material is much more floaty and there is often a slit so some leg is exposed, but with a voluminous
skirt such
as this one, I would definitely recommend wearing a heel (unless you're very tall!)
Italian velvet
materials are often used for top - end evening wear, such
as sleek dresses, gowns and
skirts, but you can also make chic casual items.
What I really love about this
skirt is the soft stretchy
material, which makes it possible to wear it quite high up my waist (so my belly fits in),
as I normally wear it a little lower on the hips.
With Maxi
skirts being a favourite of the past few seasons, they can still be seen wafting and billowing down the catwalk, drawing
as much attention
as they do
material.
It's made from a
skirt of horse hair, so it really highlights the interesting
materials McQueen used in his designs, and it has a bodice of very fine glass beads that have been built up into layers, so it has this mossy and algae - like quality, and it looks
