maternity clothes for a short time, you'll likely be able to resell your nicer
piece, which of course means you can justify
buying those fabulous designer
maternity jeans.
Keep in mind that you'll probably need different types of
maternity clothes for different stages of your pregnancy, so it may make sense to
buy just a few key
pieces at a time and more as you need them.
Even though I only decided to
buy the
maternity jeans, I really loved seeing the 4 other
pieces styled just for me and being able to see «Okay I already have one of those in my wardrobe, now I know what to pair it with!»

pieces I get you will need to
buy regardless, but if a regular maxi can be rocked with a bump..
You're going to be amazed at a few things here: a) how cheap everything was — nothing designer, nothing fancy, all
bought on sale, b) how many
pieces were gifted (usually by my mother sending me something in the mail), and c) how small my collection of
maternity clothes was, and d) how I still managed to spend almost $ 900 on
maternity clothes that were only worn for about four months.
One thing that I've started doing lately is
buying LESS
maternity clothes and trying to find
pieces that will work for the last 10 weeks of pregnancy and for after pregnancy when my body is going to need some time to get back to normal.
Swimsuits — I originally thought about
buying a
maternity swimsuit and then decided to just rock the two -
piece all summer.
