petition for an order under Article 10 paragraphs 1 to 4 (hereinafter referred to as «Protection Order») shall be filed with a document containing the

The issue has already reached the courts and the Supreme Court late last month posted the
matter for hearing on July 8,
following a
petition filed by SEBI.
