matters very much given that 1) anyone can run
in their existing district during the first year the
lines are re-drawn; 2) Adams has said he's willing to move to
stay in his current district; and 3) Adams plans a possible run for Brooklyn BP
in 2013, so he might be a short - timer anyway.
