Maybe your
almond butter
and coconut oil were too cold so it wasn't as runny?
Many with Alzheimer's lose their appetite
and won't eat, so if they prefer the flavor of
coconuts over peanut or
almond butter, then
maybe they will get some much needed fat into their systems if they eat the
coconut oil while they are refusing the nut butters.
I would add
maybe 2 tbsp more
almond, but
coconut flour is too dense
and tough to estimate so I wouldn't add any more of it.
However, I think I only have fresh
coconut available to me here
and am concerned that if I add freshly grated
coconut there'll be too much moisture in the batter...
Maybe if I add some ground
almonds or oats?
old fashioned oats,
almond milk, blueberries,
maybe some yummy healthy chia seeds,
coconut flakes
and I like to add a little cinnamon but in your case
maybe I'd skip that!
I decorated the top with strawberries because we had been given a large case by a friend, however you could ice this just the same way you could ice any cake or get creative
and maybe do something like an
almond butter drizzle or add a
coconut flake topping with chocolate ganache.

I had slim down to med builted size 14 pants... which before I was a size 16 pants... I saw the show of
almonds milk
coconut milk, Hemp Milk I search all over for the hemp milk I finally brought the seeds so I decide to make my own milk with the seeds
and Now I'm in the fall of 2014 Oct 10
and finding all kinds of recipes to make my hemps milk so I can start to
maybe loose at least another 25 lbs.
Didn't have
almond four, so I used 2 tbs
coconut flour... but next time will do only 1 tbs
and maybe a tsp of
coconut oil -
coconut flour expands A LOT!
I added
coconut flakes, used
coconut flour, added maple syrup (thinking
maybe it would thicken the batter)
and a little more
almond milk,
and since after I had gone to the store to get the ingredients I realized that I did not have
coconut oil, so I used olive oil instead (probably the major problem here).
And then
maybe substitute
almond flour instead of
coconut flour, but perhaps that would make the cupcake too grainy??
Maybe mix everything together (but just one cup of
almond flour)
and then add
coconut flour a tablespoon at a time until you get a good batter.
You can also use
coconut milk (
and maybe even
almond milk, although I haven't tried it)
and it will be very similar in texture
and flavor.

maybe a tbl of MCT oil, along with greens
and perhaps a high protein, moderate fat powder like Primal Fuel?
Second breakfast — Usually a green smoothie with 1/2 scoop plant - based protein powder (right now I really dig Plant Fusion), 1/2 an avocado,
almond milk, 3 Brazil nuts, frozen mango, handful of kale or spinach, juice from one lemon, 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 T

and maybe some cinnamon or other spices.
I'm going to try it again using only
almond flour because I like a denser texture
and wonder if

coconut butter
and coconut flour (which I know absorbs more liquid!)
These look great:) I'm impressed that they turned out soft... I wouldn't think
almond flour
and coconut flour would do that, but
maybe I just don't know much about it, haha.
I have found that actually combining
almond flour
and coconut flour (
and maybe a titch of tapioca or arrowroot flour), make a better consistency than the 2 flours alone.
I am willing to try this recipe
and was wondering if I could replace the flour (which I think it is all purpose) for
almond or
coconut flour
