I have found that actually combining almond flour and coconut flour (and maybe a titch of tapioca or arrowroot flour), make a better consistency than the 2 flours alone.
I am willing to try this recipe and was wondering if I could replace the flour (which I think it is all purpose) for almond or coconut flour maybe.
