Also it was hardly sweet at all (my pumpkin puree was
more bitter than usual so perhaps that is why) so
maybe I should have added extra
maple syrup and a bit of almond milk.
I used 1/3 cup GF rolled oats, 1/3 cup or
maybe a bit
more of unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2tbls of powdered peanut butter, 1/2 tbls of
maple syrup.
Next time I might try adding a little
more maple syrup or
maybe homemade invert sugar syrup.
And
maybe even a sprinkle of
maple cinnamon sugar for a touch
more of sweetness... YUM!
I added coconut flakes, used coconut flour, added
maple syrup (thinking
maybe it would thicken the batter) and a little
more almond milk, and since after I had gone to the store to get the ingredients I realized that I did not have coconut oil, so I used olive oil instead (probably the major problem here).
I always just add
more maple syrup or
more peanut butter based on the consistency I'm going for, so
maybe add just a bit
more of the syrup next time?

You could definitely try the
maple syrup, but I've never tried that and the dough could be too wet...
maybe add
more flour if necessary?
If I were doing it, I'd use two
more tablespoons of
maple syrup in place of the stevia, two
more tablespoons of ground oats, and
maybe another tablespoon of coconut oil.
I'm not sure that you could really get it to a sauce - like consistency, but certainly adding
more coconut oil and / or
maple syrup would make it sweeter and chewier (
maybe not runny).

so yummy!!!!! I used the coconut flour, and didn't have pumpkin puree so just roasted one in the oven and used that... and didn't have honey so had to use
maple syrup... and still sooo good!!!! will be making this one again... has
more of bread texture
maybe becuase of using coconut.
