and add more
turmeric.
Then add chopped garlic (
maybe 4 - 5 cloves for a head of cauliflower), chopped onion,
turmeric,
maybe some chili
and fresh grated
ginger.
It's seasoned just with immune - boosting
ginger,
turmeric and garlic,
and some mustard seeds, but feel free to add some other spices that you like (
maybe cumin or coriander) at the beginning of the cooking process.
Maybe you are concerned that most of your audience is not getting enough raw vegetable influence, however, in my case, all vegetables
and roots, including
ginger and turmeric, are consumed uncooked.
