meal at home last night, it hadn't even occurred to me until reading your post but pistachio sauce on chicken is a good good thing.
I'm not patient or particularly creative when it comes to cooking, but these
meals are easy and I can use stuff I

Lunch — I find this to be the easiest
meal to make quickly — everything is pretty much
already made — I just
have to pull it together.

The soup can be made ahead of time, or even if you make a double batch a few days before, this can be a
meal made from the leftovers after you
