I wanted to have quick
meal ideas in mind so that I could still feed the family.
Not exact matches
While my older son isn't quite as big an eater, he still needs a couple snacks between
meals and for everyone's sanity, they could do with being quick, but I also need to have a few
ideas in mind for different moods.
With this
in mind, it is a good
idea to allow at least 2 hours to pass after eating a
meal before snacking on fruit, or eat the fruit 1 hour before a
meal.
Just keep
in mind that it's probably not a good
idea to eat it all at once... I have to say this bread taste so gooood that I have done this once; — RRB - Even though this bread is free of wheat, grain, gluten, refined sugar and toxic oils, it should be just a «filler» not your main
meal.
This not only confirms what I've heard from other «learned» sources about oats but it confirms a very shifty (as
in shift
in consciousness)
idea that our body /
mind does not have a watch and a bowl of oat
meal or for me a bow tie noodle can trigger a sweet memory and that memory has teeth / feelings of it's own.
