meal of the day so let's do it better!
Not to disrespect breakfast or lunch, but dinner is typical the main
meal of the day so choose your winning recipe accordingly.

meals, weighing myself each
day, and the accountability worked for me.

so I decided to share a recipe that reminds me
of my mom — Strawberry - Rhubarb Compote.
I believe frittatas qualify for any
of the three

day and sometimes I eat leftover salad with an egg on top for breakfast
so all is permissible.

It's these small steps taken over the course
of a few
days leading up to the holiday that make cooking this
meal so much easier than you might expect.
I like pasta in any form or shape
so I may try this recipe next week, because I have a weekend full
of celebrations ahead
of me, and I think that I will need this kind
of simple
meals the following
days.
I would also like to see a nice stock
of meals in the freezer for the lazy summer
days ahead
so I can spend less time in the kitchen (except for all the canning I am planning and hoping for) and more time hanging out with the kiddos.

day, as long as the caloric content and macronutrient distribution remains the same, at the end
of the
day, you'll have burned an equivalent amount
of energy digesting your
meals.
And I've done a pretty good job
of making big batches
of meals like bacon and sweet potato chili and cracklin» chicken
so that I can have leftovers for the next
day.
But,
of course, it was one
of my grandparent's favorite
meals to make,
so there were many, many
days where I had to suffer through bite after bite
of that dreaded stuff.

of us are running low on time to spend on tasks such as

days work,
so that's why I'm here!
It was also dished up on a night when we were eating at different times,
so I prepped the soup portion
of the
meal early in the
day, cooked the pasta separately and tossed it with olive oil to prevent sticking, and then kept it at room temperature until it was time to eat.
I am out
of the house for 12, sometimes more, hours on a work
day so I don't always have time to think

The U.S. is a nation
of immigrants,
so it's no wonder most
of us can choose to eat
meals influenced by Italy, Mexico, France, Greece, China, India, Japan and more on any given
day.

day, thank you for your wonderfull work, because
of you I always have a great recipe when I feel like cooking a vegeterian
meal.
Also, since I can get a little lazy about
meal planning (you'd think a food blogger wouldn't order in
so much), the 2 - pound challenge forces me to plan a full
day of fresh, seasonal, veggie - rich
meals.
