Bliss: I totally agree — we are also a household in which nothing is «off limits» and although dessert is only officially sanctioned
on Friday
nights (as part
of our Shabbat
meal), believe me, my kids are getting plenty
of treats throughout the

of times that we have to head to the grocery store and to help ensure that we don't end up ordering take out every

on a Sunday we will scroll through various blogs, recipe apps, and some
of the cookbooks listed below to find about 3 - 4
meals that look appealing or that are tried and true favorites.

of some new recipes and also some tried and true recipes that my family loves.

So, a couple
of weeks ago I decided I would make all the
meals on Sunday and then freeze / fridge them so that all we had to do was pop them in the microwave / oven each
night & voila.
