I totally used to put ketchup
on my mac when I was a kid... I'm probably
going to sound crazy now, but we haven't had ketchup in our fridge in a few years and seeing this post
makes me want to
go out and buy some???? Last

We're likely
going to be
making this again at some point in our

on a dish his mom
made when he was growing up: It's a little smoky, a little spicy, full of kale and red kidney beans — you could

meal out of this alone!
We were busy around here — took the girls to see a show at our local theater, did some
meal prep for this week,
went to a kid's birthday party, and had the girls help me
make my Cranberry Orange Bread to bring to a friend's house for brunch
on Sunday, which was a lot of fun.

The lemon in the vinaigrette really cuts the fattiness of the salmon, and the salad has enough
