I never thought of making a whole
meal out of sweet potatoes and toppers!

Our favourite family
meal is BBQ salmon, roasted new
potatoes, summer
sweet corn on the cob and fresh beans
out of the garden, likely followed by some fresh berries with mint.
We are currently on a mission
of fridge clean - up so my eats for the past couple days look something like these: Breakfast / post WO
meal Today I only had baked
sweet potato as my breakfast since we ran
out of eggs.
They'll come
out looking like waffles, but they'll have the distinct taste
of sweet potatoes, and they'll do a better job
of staying with you long after the
meal has finished.
We love that they've made a full
meal out of this by adding eggs and bacon to it, and since the
sweet potatoes are in the waffle it's almost as if the waffle is taking the place
of hash browns.
A nicely arranged raw veggie platter with an enticing dip, and baked
sweet potatoes might make a nice way to round
out a
meal of mini-pizzas for finicky eaters.
I added roasted golden beets and a baked
sweet potato to round
out a very satisfying
meal... with wine,
of course!

of us looking for a few more carbs in our diet round
out this
meal with a
sweet potato, whole grain pasta or any white rice alternative!
At the end
of your first three days add some
sweet potato or brown rice to your
meals for the next three days then cut them
out again.
