I linked to the recipe in Sunday's workout recap and
meal planning post.
So instead of the usual
meal plan post, I decided to share with you guys a few of my food rules.
I'm definitely going to check out that
meal planning post - much like many others, that is my prime goal for the month and I am always looking for tips!

posts will also give some ideas to those who don't like following a strict
meal plan, but are still seeking some structure.

The one thing i wish for is someone to
post weekly dinner menus to help conceive of
meals that are seasonal and balanced — due to bad
planning, i often wind up eating tofu 4 nights in a row and then hating and resenting tofu (for example).
Heck, I even wrote a
post with 10 tips for better
meal planning (image above is from that
post), so why is it still so hard?
I'm
planning on doing a
meal prep
post soon... so watch for that!
