following a strict
meal plan, but are still seeking some structure.

meal prepping and
planning for the week.
BUT I figure I'll prove to my trainer that I'm super serious by
following her
meal plan, and then I'll use my powers of persuasion to weasel my way into some more fun foods.

I've been
following the
meal plans from day one.
I think that a lot of people never had the opportunity to learn the skills of cooking without having to
follow a recipe word for word and
meal planning which hampers their efforts to have a sit down, from scratch
meal with their families.

It's been a fun challenge so far and I'm proud of myself for sticking to the workouts and mostly

The book is broken down into organized sections including pregnancy nutrition,
meal planning, common problems associated with pregnancy, food safety, tips for eating well while pregnant and healthy cooking,
followed by all the mouth - watering recipes!
We do «
meal planning» every 2 weeks or so,
planning and shopping for 4 - 5
meals, which at some point we'll cook over the
following 2 - 3 weeks.
