meal planning series here on your website, because I make my shopping list
using your recipes anyways.
I chose to
use wild rice in this
meal plan, but you are of course welcome to cook a pot of whichever kind of rice you like or have on hand.
In the interest of full disclosure I don't know that I would
use it much myself (I'm terrible at
planning meals and have finally accepted that about myself) but I love to see other people's processes and thoughts.
Ok, I'm back and I want to
use this recipe for Friday's
meal plan, lol.
I was so
used to
planning things this way, that when I got pregnant and found myself not interested in food or
meal planning, I ended up kind of lost.
BUT I figure I'll prove to my trainer that I'm super serious by following her
meal plan, and then I'll
use my powers of persuasion to weasel my way into some more fun foods.
I love it when I end up with a delicious
meal without really
planning it / just by
using fridge leftovers.
