This take
on meal prep is my absolute favorite and a perfect change up to the standard
meal prep I have been used to
for weeks (months actually!).
Mondays I'm doing a little
meal prep, baking a few sweet potatoes
for the
week plus whatever other veggies I want
on hand, and I decided to add roasted garlic to the mix.
We were busy around here — took the girls to see a show at our local theater, did some
meal prep for this
week, went to a kid's birthday party, and had the girls help me make my Cranberry Orange Bread to bring to a friend's house

Best Ever Never Dry Turkey Recipe
For the past few months part of my Sunday
meal prep has been to cook chicken breasts in the slow cooker to have shredded chicken
on hand throughout the
week.
I try to do some
meal prepping on Sunday's but usually the most I do is make my grocery list and go shopping and possibly
prep one thing
for the
week (but don't put it in individual containers).
However, no one has time to individually
prep 15 different
meals on a Sunday
for the
week ahead.
As someone whose weekend routine now consists of a solid two to three hours spent in my kitchen
prepping my
meals for the
week, it is hard to remember how I got through each day just five years ago when I was relying
on the thousands of NYC restaurants to keep me fed.
You can
meal prep on Sunday and have healthy food
for lunch and dinner during the
week.

Rather than having to count the macros of foods everyday and try and make then add up to your totals
on the fly, you can plan out your

week and even do some
meal prep to make
meals available
on the go.

meal prep suggestions, a shopping list, and handouts based
on your child's needs.
(It also works well to
prep this
on a Sunday or Monday
for easy
meals throughout the
week.)
