Prepping can
take form in make ways: going to the grocery store for
meal prep, planning out your weekly workouts by rearranging your schedule, or laying your clothes out at night.
But then the actual day comes and I haven't
prepped like I should have been, or the
meal I had in mind is
taking WAY longer than I had anticipated and I have almost broken down because I didn't have cupcake liners and there I am, standing there with a bowl of batter, and no where to go.
I had a friend over to do yard work and quite literally left him for the ten minutes it
took to
prep this
meal.
But that was the perfect amount of time to clean,
prep the rest of the
meal, get myself ready for the party,

My advice is to cook up a batch (it
takes a bit of time, similar to brown rice) and store it in the fridge ready to go for salads like this one, or if you're into

prep your salads (minus the oil and vinegar) in containers and they will be ready to go when you are (I love these containers for salads to help me with
meal prep).
It
took me about 6 - 8 hours of cooking meat, chopping vegetables and doing everything that needed to be done to get the
meals prepped.
I realized how much I
took my ladle for granted, a tool that could easily pour stock into quarts for freezing, portion soup into
meal prep containers, and generally keep a kind - of - klutzy person like me from splashing hot liquid everywhere.
It's no secret that the potato category as a whole has undergone retraction in recent years as consumer eating habits have changed with
meal prep time
taking a back seat to convenience.
The biggest problem in
