In this
space I'd like to share with you recipes I've developed one
meal at a
time, as well as favorite family's recipes that I've given some vegan flair.
Think of the
space in between
meals as being your «hydration
times», this is how my clients learn how to stay hydrated throughout the day versus just hydrating well
in the morning but not keeping up with it all day long which inevitably doesn't help us reach the goal!

This type of eating plan has shown promise
in animal studies; mice who are fed
time - restricted diets tend to lose more body fat and have lower risk of chronic diseases than those whose
meals are more
spaced out.
Daily fasts are when you
space out the amount of
time between when you eat your last
meal at night and your first
meal in the morning so that there is a large period of
time, usually around 10 to 14 hours,
in between.
How you eat is just as important as what you eat;
meal timing and
spacing in tune with the natural cycle of the day; incorporating the 6 tastes for your unique needs; grace and receptivity.
I don't think I need a big heavy
meal in the evening when resting is the key activity, and because we are early risers * the
space between dinner
time and bed
time is usually quite short.
You should be eating anywhere from 5 - 7
meals per day,
spaced every 2 - 3 hours
in order to keep your body
in an anabolic, muscle - building state at all
times.
A snack can be incorporated as long as you
space the
timing with other
meals in the 3 - 4 hour window.

meal times making a reappearance, even as our lifestyles become increasingly digitised
in other areas.

meal take up.

Bus drivers have practiced their routes, kitchen ladies have laid
in supplies for
meals, teachers have set up their rooms creating beautiful bulletin boards and welcoming
spaces, school office staff have registration well
in hand and the principal is checking systems to make sure everything is going to run smoothly as that all important
time of year looms — Back to School.
Puppy food is best given
in multiple, well -
spaced meals 2 - 3
times daily.
Ideally his
meals will be
spaced out as such; breakfast upon waking
in the morning, lunch
in the early afternoon and dinner no later than 5:00 p.m.. It's important to feed him dinner before the sun goes down
in order to allow him an adequate amount of
time to eliminate before he goes to bed.
