When I
plan a special
meal, such as holiday gatherings or a Valentine's
Day dinner, I like to start with a fancy salad.
I drink bone broth regularly, and I choked down liver in the form of pate for a while in my early
days of healing, but as soon as I started feeling better organ meat got dropped out of my regular

On the weekends I check what is ahead on our calendar and pick

day based on if it is a
