I have been using this site as a
daily reference for cooking almost all of my
meals and it's been wonderful: — RRB - I want to

making healthy eating more of a habit & everyday occurrence rather than short strong bursts of «being good» followed by falling off the wagon, I am always on the hunt for delicious snacks and

The Bacon Egg and Sausage Breakfast Cups from Nicole at
Daily Dish Recipes popped out at me as something I could
make with The Bug, but I wanted to turn it into a vegetarian recipe, so that he could take leftovers to school (his preschool is attached to a Jewish Temple, so in order to ensure that
meals being rated together at a table are Kosher — since most of the students are not Jewish and may not know all of the requirements — is to just have everyone bring in vegetarian dishes).
In the
daily grind of life, it's challenging to find margin to
make a delicious healthy
meal, much less
make the time to sit down and enjoy it.
While I in no way claim to be an registered dietitian (RD), I do my best to

daily by the time she attends at the age of five.

meals include an equal amount of protein or not or even how many times a day you consume protein and when, as long as you

made a commitment to eat a healthy breakfast upon waking (every day), drink more water (atleast half my body weight in ounces), take a
