meals per day because I'm starving constantly!

I often joke that I eat my weight in avocados
because I eat them for at least 1
meal, but often 2 - 3
meals per day.
Because small children have small stomachs, they should ideally be offered 3
meals and 2 - 3 snacks
per day so that they are eating every few hours.
So, ensuring protein from things like legumes, nuts and seeds, clean animal products, fish, like salmon, and white fish, are all really important and I often suggest people get 30 grams of protein
per meal, so three times a
day, but it depends on your weight, it depends on your energy demands and it depends on your lifestyle and how stressed out your are,
because our demands for protein definitely go up during stress.
So just
because you're following a one
meal per day diet doesn't mean you literally have to eat one meal per day, EVERY SINGLE D

Because if you only have 1 or 2
meals per day your body uses only a small percentage of the calories and stores the rest as fat, however, when you spread your calories out over smaller
meals throughout the
day you have a far better chance of burning calories instead of storing them as fat and you are also less likely to feel hungry.

meals, but whole meatless
days at least once a week.

because I get bored of the same

days, but I do occasionally make large batches of things.
