snacks in between
meals.
Whether filling your tank before a gym session or taking a

on going — and going.

In the spirit of making healthy eating more of a habit & everyday occurrence rather than short strong bursts of «being good» followed by falling off the wagon, I am always
on the hunt for delicious
snacks and
meals that are easy and fun to incorporate into daily life.
They skip
meals, they eat diet
snacks, and then end up going hog - wild later in the day or
on weekends to «make up for it» or «reward themselves».
I am constantly hungry (hence all day
snacking on chocolate chips) and when I do eat
meals it doesn't even satisfy me.
And when it comes to something to munch
on between
meals or for a late night
snack, these Sweet and Spicy Roasted Chickpeas are one of my favorite healthy
snacks.
Ben ate it for
meals and
snacks and kept coming to kitchen to ask for more servings, so I know we'll have that dish
on repeat for the rest of the summer.
