I find that it
's not more expensive, the things I

Eat Place in Greenville, MS.. The French fries rivaled those we've always made at home, and the steak
was simple, juicy, and gigantic.
First off, I want to list
are few factors that might help us save verses what you may
be dealing with: 1) I live in Montana, where there
is no tax
on anything and we can go out and shoot our own game during hunting season; 2) my kids
are small — my oldest
is 5; 3) we
eat very simple
meals, definitely not 3 course, sometimes we just
eat mashed potatoes for dinner!
If it wasn't for
meal rationing in our house I would continuously
eat this until I had to
be taken away
on a stretcher.
In the spirit of making healthy

being good» followed by falling off the wagon, I
am always

be foods I could easily manipulate the nutritional profile for (ensuring a balance of protein, carbs, and fat), # 3 the food had to store well in the fridge or freezer, # 4 they had to reheat well in either the toaster or microwave OR
be eaten cold right from the fridge, and # 5 ideally, they needed to
be things she could easily
eat in the car
on the way to school (remember, it takes us at least 20 minutes with no traffic to get to school so
eating in the car gives us even MORE time to sleep lol).
It
's thick and creamy but if you like your chowder super hearty, add a little crumble
on top of it you'll think you
're eating a real seaside
meal.

on dals.
As a registered dietitian, I must admit I
'm very prone to spreading this message, as, from experience, most of my clients that regularly skip
meals end up
eating more later
on in the day (or the next day).
I
am constantly hungry (hence all day snacking
on chocolate chips) and when I do
eat meals it doesn't even satisfy me.
I haven't used it
on toast, bagels or anything else I
eat it out of the jar, I find one teaspoon
is my dessert after a
meal and it cures my sweet tooth cravings too!!!
I
am so sick of my routine
meals / foods that I have
been eating on repeat for years!!
