Just because we were brought up to believe the Bible, Torah or Koran is «the word of God» does not

book, in my opinion, is to
actually minimize the great apostasy taking place in our churches; especially among those who were never taught the real
meaning of being «last instead
of first», to help those who come into the church who may bring with them societal norms
of entitlement and «whats in it for me» attitudes and behaviors.
Actually Brehvik does not consider himself a christian in his words, «in the strictest sense», so the first part
of your point is moot... Secondly I think a fairer statement would be that not «all» muslims are violent extremists, as many who don't live in western countries are, as their
book does instruct them to kill any and all who do not procalim allah as the one god and mohammed as his prophet... As far as having extreme passion for one's beliefs, if someone was truly to be an «extreme» christian that person would be completely loving as this was Jesus» command to love both God and everyone... to take that to the extreme would
mean «extreme» loving, like the radical kind
of love that caused Jesus to endure the cross for the sins
of us all... includinig the man who committed this atrocity and yes any and all
of the muslim's who have committed similar things.
So the guy (Marcus Borg) is

book review — out
of all the people who had your
book right in front
of them — how many
actually went ahead and placed an order.
But the vast majority
of authors, as I've mentioned previously, don't make any money with their
books (which
means,
actually, they're losing money: not just in expenses, but in the huge opportunity costs from all the time they've sunk into writing, and then trying to figure out how to market their
books).
«Amazon is a Trojan Horse, offering low prices today — while Wall Street is willing to float a company that doesn't make a profit — at the cost
of destroying the [traditional] publishing ecosystem that is indispensable to authors... Amazon
actually prevents competition by locking its customers in through devices like Prime and DRM, which

books sold by Apple or Google Play on their Kindles.»
What I
mean by this,
of course, is whether you're
actually going to write your
books, or outsource them and treat the entire thing is a business.
However, as Amazon will not allow you to set up an Author Central account until you
actually have a
book PUBLISHED with them, it
means you might need to go through a month or so
of ironing out the «kinks» if this is your first
book.
Competition isn't a bad thing - a number
of books on the market
mean there's
actually a market.
First, sales
of the print editions have increased in the time that the eBooks have been available through Pottermore, most likely asserting that digital does not
actually mean the death
of print
books.
While the distributors are by no
means editing the content or writing ability
of these titles and authors, they are at least working very hard to ensure that consumers» dollars go only to titles that are

of getting a digital copy
of a comic you were
actually interested in, you were getting the opportunity across however many Marvel
books you read to redeem the exact same two or three comics.
