means you're probably in a
bad mood — to at least you're giving them a negative vibe.
Life happens and you get
bad news sometime, or things don't go your way at work — for me that might
mean I lose a game or not play well — but that doesn't affect my

meant the body exercise by the up's and down's of prayers... as well as training of tongue & lungs by the Quran Recitation... these beside Tasbih «Praise of Glorify» helps to control one's breathing..
That doesn't
mean she has to suppress her emotions or ignore them, but it does
mean she can take steps to help herself feel better so she doesn't get stuck in a
bad mood.

mean, I woke up in a
bad mood just yesterday.
