means to purchase a healthful meal — are

food.
Don't go crazy and think this
means eating tons of
junk food... you should still stick to clean healthy
foods.
Getting more calories from fruits and greens will cut the likelihood of you
eating junk and processed
foods, which
means you'll achieve faster results with losing weight with a raw
food diet.
I
mean that if you reduce processed
junk foods and
eat whole plant
foods as well as unprocessed meat and dairy (in moderation), exercise and drink enough water etc. you stand a good chance to be quite healthy.
But the basics of it are to minimise the amount of
junk food you are
eating — that
means cakes, chocolate, deep fried
food, soft drink, fast
food and all the usuals.
That
means grocery shopping (no
junk food allowed), reading
food labels, meal prepping, not
eating out, and saying no to
junk food.
Technically, it
means you should
eat natural
foods such as fruits and vegetables (as these were the
foods that our parents and grandparents used to
eat) and you should avoid
eating pizza, burger, and all types of
junk food (the modern
foods).
This doesn't
mean junk, but just
eating good for you
foods, like fruits and veggies.

junk foods available from supermarkets in vegan versions all waiting to tempt you.
My top tips are to set SMART goals and write them down, quit bad habits (smoking, drinking,
eating junk food), hire a coach, weight train five to six days a week (even if that
means doing body weight exercises in a hotel room and using luggage as a giant dumbbell) and
eating every three hours religiously.
Give Up the Diets When we say give up the diets, no, we don't
mean just
eating whatever
junk food you want!
