I'm by no
means a raw foodist and I believe in having both raw and
cooked foods, but we're using
lots of nuts and seeds here with a high fat content, and at above 116 degrees those fats can start to oxidize and be denatured.

cooking, though, and I turned to blogs like Tiffany's for great grain - free recipes.

mean I don't know about you, but I just don't have a
lot of time in the evenings to spend time in the kitchen
cooking (yes I actually have a full - time job on top
of blogging) so finding simple, quick healthy recipes is crucial and currently I'm loving this one!
