In startups, we're hyper focused
on metrics —
measurable,
objective data.
Instead, before buying or selling anything, traders should have a firm understanding of when they plan to enter and exit a position, and this must be based
on measurable,
objective criteria.
We all have our opinions
on players and often these are based
on subjective criteria as opposed to
objective analysis; a player's style and grace or diminutive stature or lack of pace may distract us from the
measurable effectiveness of the same player.
The simplest way is to base
objectives on measurable markers including body fat percentage or skin fold, and key circumferences of the upper arm, thigh, bust, waist and hips.
As the classroom teacher, I came up with a list of
objectives based
on each student's individual education plan, and translated those
objectives into
measurable actions in the classroom (e.g., student X participates in collaborative writing, student Y engages in the editing process).
A few agreed to reduce the number of not - yet - proficient students by 50 percent over the next six years, but most developed their own twist
on «annual

Annual
measurable objectives, based
on a performance index, set by the commissioner in 2005 - 2006 and, beginning in 2008 - 2009, increasing annually in equal increments through 2009 - 2010 and then reset at 122 in 2010 - 2011 and increasing annually in equal increments so as to reach 200 in 2013 - 2014.
We improved our reading pass rate at Clark Elementary School, in Charlottesville, Va., from 56 percent to 78 percent and our math pass rate from 63 percent to 82 percent
on our Virginia Standards of Learning assessments, meeting all of our federal Annual
Measurable Objectives (AMOs) for each of our subgroups and gap groups in just one year.

In this process we will commit to 2 - 3 goals and specify, based
on the needs the data shows,
