measure my recipes which worked out to be the same as 100 ml for the olive oil.
I'm sure my recipes go wrong because I don't
measure in
cups and instead always have to look up the equivalent grams / ounces.

cup of dates weighs diffently to a

measure them, as long as you use the same glass to

Sorry to be a pain but I understood that usually tablespoons, dessert spoons and for that matter
cups are standard recognised
measures.
Using a 1/4
cup measuring cup, scoop the batter into your floured hand and shape into a ball.
In the meantime,
measure out the maple syrup, 1/2
cup nondairy milk, salt and tumeric in a small bowl.
When
measuring the grated carrots place them loosely in the
measuring cup - do NOT pack them in.
Put the honey and brown sugar in a microwave safe dish (I used my glass
measuring cup) and heat for 1 minute, or until the brown sugar dissolves into the honey.
