Using a stainless steel wide mouthed funnel made this easy to do, but just pouring from the pan or using a glass
measuring cup works too.
Since we're just a household of two, I make half a recipe: a 4 - cup
measuring cup works perfectly for the mixing bowl, and a 10 × 15 cookie sheet is the perfect size to bake it in.

worked out to be the same as 100 ml for the olive oil.
I don't have a kitchen scale yet, so I'll be

I actually really don't know the weights — I literally just use a drinking
cup or mug to
measure them, as long as you use the same glass to
measure all the ingredients it will
work perfectly!
I have a Breville immersion blender and it's the bomb, BUT the darn thing is just a tiny bit too wide to fit in a wide Mason jar... So I made in a glass Pyrex 2 -
cup measure and it
worked fine.
For the shredded coconut, we'll
