As of right now I have eleven
meat and potatoes blog posts written: Seven of those posts still need to be executed and the photos taken for them etc. and four of those posts are totally complete, scheduled and ready to go so that's the next four weeks I literally don't need to stress about!

In the morning my 8 - month - old had a bone marrow fritter (click for the recipe on my

and for dinner he ate a version of what we ate: slow cooker chicken (a strip of leg
meat)
and purple sweet
potato roasted in lard.
Now, I've talked several times about what I call my «
meat and potatoes»
blog posts — they are the absolute most important part of my
blog and, quite frankly, Grandma's House DIY wouldn't exist without them.
Honestly weekends are the only real time I have to work on my house / create more content for my vitally important «
meat and potatoes»
blog posts.
Put together, write, finish
and publish a
blog post that is the «
meat and potatoes» of my
blog (such as this one), which is either a Tips & Tutorials or a Before & After.
(My posting schedule at Grandma's House DIY is as follows: Monday my most important
meat and potatoes DIY
blog post — Wednesday my link party post
and then Friday: 1 post a month with the Farmhouse Hens, 1 post a month of my own
and 2 sponsored posts.)
But there are a few other vital pieces as well that don't get mentioned on the
blog very much because they're things outside of this miles
and points niche, which makes up the
meat and potatoes of our content.
